The Colorado Legislature just wrapped up for 2022. What went down?

Here are some of the big deal pollution and health bills passed this year: 

  • Homestead Exemption And Consumer Debt Protection raises protections for all Coloradans in the event of bankruptcy or debt collections.   • State Grants Investments Local Affordable Housing. $160M in state investments in grants for nonprofits and local governments to grow housing supply, with a subfocus on rural and infill development. Learn more here: https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb22-1304
