Aren’t beach parties a drag? Come support West Slope Youth Voice!

Aren’t beach parties a drag? Come support West Slope Youth Voice!

You may know the West Slope Youth Voice students, but have you had a chance to support their work yet? This Memorial Day weekend in Grand Junction, there is a special (and super fun) event coming up that will directly support the students! On May 28, join us at Charlie Dwellington’s (103 N. 1st Street) starting at 9:30 pm, for the Wet Beach Party Drag Show. Each month, our local drag performers pick the organization they want to support, and this month, it’s the kids! Come early to get a seat, wear your best beach outfit, and don’t forget your cash for this 21+ event! All funds raised will directly support our students in their youth outreach efforts — and you’ll have a great time doing it!

AND BONUS! You’ll get to meet our new West Slope Youth Voice Program Director Tyler McDermott!
