Ready to learn how oil and gas bonding reform can save taxpayers money?

We have some exciting breaking news — on September 12, at 6 pm, Western Colorado Alliance in conjunction with our friends at The Wilderness Society will host a one-hour webinar on the newly proposed Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rule regarding bonding for oil and gas development on public lands.

Empowering Communities For Change will look at the new draft rule updating fluid mineral leasing and bonding terms. We’ll talk about:

  • What the BLM does.
  • What the rule changes.
  • What is especially good about the rule…
  • …And what could be improved.
  • The environmental and social implications of this rule.
  • The financial impacts. And how this rule saves taxpayers money.
  • And — perhaps most importantly — actions you can take to help!
