At Western Colorado Alliance, you’ll build grassroots power by connecting with residents, amplifying their voices, and helping them secure seats in decision-making spaces. Your work will focus on meaningful issues like strengthening local food systems, housing equity, and climate action—all while growing your skills in community organizing and leadership development.
Competitive Salary: $40,000–$47,000 annually, depending on experience.
