Western Colorado Alliance is excited to announce we’re seeking a full-time Climate & Energy Regional Organizer! You’ll help to connect with residents across Western Colorado, listen and seek to understand diverse perspectives and experiences, bring people together to build their collective clout, and to empower them to gain seats at the tables where decisions are made around fossil fuel extraction and climate issues important to our membership in Western Colorado.

The salary range for this position is $42k-49k annually depending on experience. Benefits include a group health insurance plan (including dental and vision), a generous paid time-off package and contributions to employee’s retirement, professional development opportunities, and a sabbatical is available to long-term employees.
