Making “good trouble” in Sheridan

Making “good trouble” in Sheridan

Nearly our entire organizing team road-tripped to Sheridan, Wyoming in June to attend the Summer Conference of our parent organization, the Western Organization of Resource Councils (WORC). This was our organizers’ first chance in three years to meet face-to-face with their colleagues in WORC’s other affiliate groups — and take in some of Sheridan’s local culture! We gained a lot of insights, bolstered some old friendships, and had a blast learning new techniques and strategies. We’re happy everyone made it back to Western Colorado safe and sound, but thankful our team was able to take this trip and build even better tools for helping Western Colorado communities stay healthy, just, and self-reliant!
