How to vote in the DMEA elections!

How to vote in the DMEA elections!

We wanted to send you an important reminder that your Delta Montrose Electric Association (DMEA) elections are taking place RIGHT NOW, and your vote is critically needed to ensure your rural electric cooperative continues to provide you the best service and clean, cheap energy.

Western Colorado Alliance is proud to have endorsed three champions for a responsible energy future who want to make sure DMEA continues to be one of the most forward-thinking cooperatives in the state and keep your energy rates low. We are looking forward to seeing Ryan Sedgeley (District 1), Steve Metheny (District 2), and Kevin Williams (District 5) represent you on the board, but they need your help to get there! You can find out more about each of these wonderful candidates HERE.

You can vote in several easy ways, so please vote immediately!

1. You can return your mail-in ballot (which you should have received by mail) until the end of this week!

2. You can drop your mail-in ballot off at the DMEA headquarters (located at 11925 6300 Rd, Montrose, CO, 81401) during business hours in the main lobby’s ballot box.

3. You can log in via your bill-pay portal on the DMEA website and vote!

4. If your email is registered with DMEA, you should have received an email with a secure link to cast your vote.

5. You can attend the DMEA Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 6 from 4:30-8:30 pm at Columbine Middle School, 610 York St, Montrose, to vote in person!

Any of these voting methods will work, but you only have until Thursday, June 6, so vote TODAY!
