A Way Forward – Sticker Contest for our Alliance’s 40th Annual Conference

We hope you’ve heard that our Alliance’s 40th Anniversary Annual Conference is just around the corner, and we’re looking forward to “seeing” you there! We may not be able to celebrate our anniversary in-person this year, but we still want to highlight 40 years of great work as well as a positive outlook for Western Colorado Alliance and our communities moving forward.

With that in mind, we’re holding a sticker contest for our 40th anniversary! Our theme focuses on Brenna Quinlan’s image, “A Way Forward,” based on the idea of thinking forward past COVID-19. What would you like to see for our Alliance, our communities, and the West Slope as we move forward and begin to rebuild our home in a post-pandemic world? The winning artwork will be printed and sent to all annual conference attendees, AND the winner will receive a $50 gift card!

Here are the deets:

  • Everyone is welcome to submit artwork — You, kids, grand-kids, and friends!
  • The sticker will be printed at 5″ x 3″ but your art should be bigger.
  • A good image size would be approximately 1500 x 900 pixels, although other sizes could be accommodated. We can accept an image in the following formats: JPG, TIFF, PNG, or EPS. (We can handle other formats too. Shoot us an email if you need more information.)
  • You can also mail your artwork to our office at P.O. Box 1931 Grand Junction, CO 81502.
  • Artwork submissions are due by Friday, September 4.
  • Feel free to use as many colors as you like and remember that your image will be shrunk down in size to fit the sticker!

If you have any questions, please send me an email at jeriel@westerncoloradoalliance.org and I’ll be happy to help! In our opinion, we are all artists, and we can’t wait to see what you come up with!
