Election Day is almost here, and we want to make sure that every vote is counted — especially yours!

This year, more ballots than ever are being flagged for signature verification issues. Many voters are unaware that signature mismatches can prevent their vote from being counted. This is especially common for:

  • Newer voters who haven’t established a consistent signature.
  • Long-time voters who may be signing more carefully or differently than usual.

For best results, use your typical signature — the same one you’d use for daily documents.

If you receive a notice asking you to verify your signature or “cure” your ballot, please don’t wait! In some counties, thousands of ballots may need verification this year. Let’s make sure your vote is counted.

IT IS TOO LATE TO MAIL YOUR BALLOT to guarantee it will arrive and be counted on time. You still have voting options. Drop your ballot at a secure 24-hour dropbox or vote in person by 7 pm on Tuesday, November 5.
