SUMMARY:The West Slope People's Forum
DESCRIPTION:On April 11\, please join us for the West Slope People’s Forum! \nThose of us who live in western Colorado face tough choices.  Everything feels expensive\, and many of us live paycheck to paycheck.  Affordability isn’t a buzzword — it’s the difference between paying for groceries or a doctor visit.  Adding insult to injury\, federal budget cuts have undermined basic services for health care\, food assistance\, child care\, and affordable electricity. \nWill you join us at the Avalon Theatre in downtown Grand Junction on April 11 between 2 and 4 pm for a People’s Forum to hold our candidates accountable for putting Care over Cuts? By standing together\, we can keep our hospitals open\, put food on our kids’ plates\, help farmers stay in business\, maintain affordable electricity\, and keep public lands in public hands. \nSign up today!
